Ribs came out nice.
Ribs are done, I'll just leave it on a little longer to reduce the liquid, but maybe I had a bit too much water in there, could have had maybe an 1/8 of the pot with water. Or some red wine in there too instead. I didn't think of it I rarely cook with wine.
Anyway, they taste great, they aren't like BBQ grill ribs, baked ones are often more like a baked pot dinner but just as good, tangy and BBQ and soft and slips off the bone.
Mmmm those were nice...
I better just test these next ones, they seem to be getting better... maybe I'll check the next rib rack in an hour and make sure...
I'll save one for tomorrow tea, I usually eat them all in one go anyway, I say I won't but I always do.
