As a Prince of Peace - legal stuff.

Well I am not a lawyer I have never studied law.. I just know to my best ability how to abide by it as a Human Being.

As a human being I have rights, if a law is broken I can ask for a lawyer of my choice and they represent me to ensure my safety they are a law officer.

And also if I sign an agreement with a landlord so long as their legal representative is present when I sign and explains to the best of their ability the forms to me before I sign then its ok, its an agreement not a law document.

And if I like push a button on a form on a computer to agree to use software.. it doesn't mean much it just says I have agreed with the computer to use it correctly. But any content from the internet is responsible by the Internet Service Provider. I have bought my computer it is my property in my home, anything outside of that is not my responsibility, but anyone breaking in to my home through my computer they are responsible for harm done.

The Internet Service Provider has to provide lawful content anything unlawful is their responsibility like if I was watching television and channel 7 provided content of rape and murder I wouldn't be responsible.

If I send images or video from my end of illegal stuff I have done, it is my responsibility that I provided it but not that it is sent.. once it leaves my computer and enters the public through my ISP it is their responsibility to make sure the public don't see it if its unlawful. And I have never done anything on the internet or in real life unlawfully.

Also I am not responsible for the behaviours of my computer or internet or basically the running of any spy programs or anything else tampering with my lawful use of this machine, because I didn't invent it.

If this machine can cause me harm it is not my problem, for example asking through a subconscious way to provide dirty pictures of myself. Subliminal messaging through retina screens or alike.

Say for example I want to make a video of myself running and playing with a dog, but I never want anyone to see it and someone breaks in and steals my work.. well I can claim damages.

And that is the same for anything on my computer that is transmitted, if I haven't clicked the button for it to send from my machine it is unlawful to send anything from it.

Same as if someone breaks into my home and sends a message using my home phone.

It is a conversation an algorithm same as talking.. it is speech from one computer to another and the same as one handset to another sending voice. Unless it is mine and to the intended recipient it is unlawful and can cause harm.

So why these machines don't ever suit my use, they are worthless, bit of fun I guess.. more violation constant aggravation.

I don't really want or desire to be using this to even write on I never wanted anything about myself to ever be made public or known.

They use screen refresh rates and psychological studies to make sure I am a pig being fried of all its worth for these greedy hungry fuckers.

They are fuckers, not lovers.
