I shouldn’t have to say it should I about orphans getting money?

That on my plan I mentioned for world peace that orphaned children receiving three docket books one green one pink and one black for housing and food and education or medical that once they are matured and of adult age 18 they go on regular adult money bank cards.

Can’t I just have my free speech is it that difficult? Can you stop stressing me out to rush typing and changing my words and get off my case please?!

This isn’t a legislation I am just a citizen I have right to free speech and they are just helpful ideas ok?! So stop being aggressive towards me!!!
