Messing around with Zenbook learned a few things.
Well, I thought I'd set up my Zenbook by ASUS for school next year and this week do some maths study so I'm more ready.. and it took all night for me to get a good install of Windows 11.
Some people enjoy all this mucking around but I really wanted to do some organising for a project.
But what I realised with Windows, is there are key problematic things they can't fix, so it is as good as it gets. You won't ever improve on that Windows format since about windows 7.
1. It relies on user knowledge to get through the processes not common sense. So you need to know how a computer works before using it. Like I guess a hairdryer you switch it on and it goes, well a computer is more like a car without a licence so you are operating a dangerous machine really and you don't have training. So in this way they have to have it a bit stupid so they don't get sued for damages, it's why sometimes the screens stuff up so you have to reset so you don't get electrocuted and other things like that.
If you sat too long trying to nut out solutions, you would build up too much residual charge in capacitors and electrocute yourself through the keyboards.
2. The software isn't really anything. It is a bunch of instructions the files send to the machine code to execute an algorithm so your computer functions right, but there's nothing really there. We think there's some solid evidence, but that instruction could look like anything, it's why there are safe guards against it operating in an unsafe manner, where you can figure out how to change it. If you could easily change it you might get hurt.
And finally 3. They don't want us to know how it works, so they use smoke and mirrors and kind of magic to delude us into thinking its crappy software when in fact without that and without the other red herrings, its as powerful as a city, or a space station. They make it shit on purpose so we can complain and make conversations for their money too. It makes business out of electricity.
So there you go!
Play around, get annoyed they love it!
