Please don't be rash though do anything hastily.
Like anything I have said is only to build onto the world already there.. you don't have to tear anything down. Just build around whats there.. there's so much room.
Like for example if Sydney did go underwater the fish would love those tunnels to swim through.. and the old harbour bridge standing still. You know.. relics look cool in a fish bowl.. lol hahaha.
Just to be sure.. to be sure...
Like Sydney if the plate tilted like I expect it might in about 50 years time, well, Sydney would go under water.. but you could place a big dome over it and keep it like a snow globe.. and the other towns.. you just vacuum the air into it.. and it stays there and slowly increases, but you can't have emissions in there, just air. So now cars, have to walk why you need the walk bridges across town.
Like a dome over the whole city and you place the base about 3 kilometres down below the ground level.. and then the air gets trapped because once the city is under water.. I am thinking a bit at the top would just poke up the top of the bubble... so you have about 3 hundred metres of bubble poking out and going down about 3.3 kilometres down of glass from there, volcanic glass about a metre thick. Strong as stone.
Let me do that bit making the glass and placing it, it's got to be done by hand. Once I've woken up fully.
And anyway, the air won't go down below about 100 metres below the ground, because the water below will be pushing up and pressing it down.. the only way that it would ever flood in there and drown everyone.. is if the dome broke. Which it would never in a million years... You can have a force field inside too incase a rocket or something goes off the force field protects it, so it's like a glass shield you can have on inside and the outside too.
All self maintained inside with power sources. Would be cool the eastern sea board all domes... and then up to the blue mountains would become coast line. Back to how it was and should be.
Then the other side the Western coastline near Broome and Perth, the whole shelf would raise up revealing the real coastline there that's been covered up, its why whales come in close and dolphins.
Anyway no panic, I'll take care of it if it happens.
Like all along the eastern coast you could have glass tunnel roads you walk along or like electric bikes and cars. Together feeding the air stream it would clear any smells away.
