The Glans Penis

Ok, so I have no normal penis to compare it to, but I am fairly sure when children are born for whatever reason they glans the end of the dick off.. like I know of someone had half their dick cut off and had a very difficult time.. why would that happen if they don't snip dicks off... some they just cut and fold back the foreskin, but get a saveloy frankfurter and snip the end off... the end turns back round like a knob and the skin rolls back like foreskin, it really shouldn't be done I don't think, it really upsets your life.. but well.. I do think the dick should be all smooth to the end and just a small hole.. 

I would have looked just like Elvis otherwise.. maybe they try hide identities, but the suffering and misfortune you go through, I don't think in the end of the day is worth it?
