I have an idea - for instead of congesting cities which are already all built.

Find a big square of land, an open field. I will help if you write to me or ask me.

Build a huge garden that animals can live in even a lake or if beside ocean a marine park.

Make sure the park area is safe from harm and has for animals a clear safe entry and exit point.

And build some town around it sparsely, not too close leave roads very wide and uncluttered.

And some nice homes..

Do that and restore rain forest around you as far as you can see!!
