Without being a Neddy Flanders..

​I hurt my leg today fell on uneven ground off edge of park pavement and I fell quite heavily being relaxed so long sitting unemployed at home so do be careful starting off exercise again! I was just doing some basketball with Trigger.

But I got home it didn’t really hurt much I had a shower and put some bath salts on it Radox it cleans it well with some sodium and then dried it and put Lucas pawpaw ointment on and then this cream but don’t put pain relief cream on the sore. Only around it. Feels good now. I used this same pain relief cream in Triggers medicine for his eye too. Diluted in water with eucalyptus oil and some stop itch cream. Just a little bit into the infection with a cloth - warm water too.

He’s looking heaps better his pain went we had a good day and seeing me putting ointment on Trigger understood what I did to him so it all okkelly doodlellly dandy works out!!
